That's exactly what I did. Started bulk at 203. Peak weight was 248. Down to 227 as of today.

Yes, I plan to blast again in late fall.

I agree no more 5/3/1 and singles, I'll train like a bodybuilder from now on.
 
Man, congrats on that huge turnaround! Obviously it’s hard to tell exactly how low you BF% is due to the excess skin from when you were overweight. After seeing pics I’d say go for it and also continue your current calorie intake. That’s just my humble opinion. Ultimately you may have to have surgery to lose the excess skin if it bothers you.

I’ve known folks that were WAY WAY bigger than you BF% wise and they juiced anyways.

I don’t know from the looks of the way he shed that weight I dony think he will have a problem with excess skin doensnt look bad at all IMO it’s awesome… seems like the people who lose fat in a hurry say for instance gastric by pass they tend to have the skin issues, maybe because that first wave of loss is so quick… looking good brother especially the recent pics, just take care of that shoulder and stop w all that damn weight your pushing lol

Oh shit lol that sucks bro those things are kinda crazy… no bro you just look like a big guy, nothing like your before pics… just keep eating clean and plenty of it and do what your doing… check out the Charles Glass you tube videos try mimicking those workouts programs and his are amazing and there detailed easy to learn from watching
 
You have a big chest plate and wide sternum at least in the pics it seems… you can put some serious fucking size on that will look good

I think you wasting your gear. Sorry to say that the fatter you are the worst effect you will have. Getting to 12% bf is soooo damn easy. If you are not able to accomplish that you should never take gear first place.
I guess you didn't read he was down from 345. After losing so much weight it's not so easy to drop that extra 8%
 
Man! I'm so sorry you hurt your shoulder, when i read you are 47 i immediately thought you were lifting a little too heavy. I'm 47 myself, and i use to do my bench sets of 405 for 12 to 15 reps, but after going off the gear and been off for a long time and not lifting for a couple years my bench went to the crapper, i can now only bench about 185 at most, but my chest looks good to me, it takes time to get over not lifting crazy weights, but at our age it's almost mandatory. Very proud of your weight loss

I feel fantastic. Thank you for asking. Down to 223 lbs. veins are starting to appear places I've never seen them, biceps, delts, calves, thigh. I am in the best shape of my life so far. I'm excited to get down to around 200 lbs and compare pictures from April 2021.
Amazing work from starting at 345lbs. - over 120lbs lost! Very few people have the will to change their lifestyle long-term to get results like that. You have the mental tools to do whatever you want with your body - weight loss, bodybuilding, powerlifting, whatever - and that's the hardest part for everyone.
 
Beware of Aromatization at high BF. My body converts test to e like crazy at 12%. I personally wouldn't try it at 20% . That's just my take.
