What would happen if I ran a 16-week cycle of 500mg Test Cyp at 20% body fat while in a calorie deficit?

Currently on 100mg per week test cyp.

squat 470/bench 370/DL 565

47 year old. 5’10" 215lbs.
I believe that you will be fine especially running in a calorie deficit you could run maintenance calories and you will still lose weight.

No. A calorie surplus. Started off at 4500 calories per day, with 400 grams of protein.
Sorry brother im getting used to the forums here I must have missed that completely what I read was you were looking to run a calorie deficit because you were 20% bf with that information I thought that you were easily going to drop weight.
I would have ran it the same way that you did you definitely put on size gaining 45lbs I once did a dirty bulk with test/decca 16wks put on almost 40lbs and felt horrible.

How are you feeling now? Good?

Yes, very good. I hit some PR's. I tore a muscle in my rotator cuff, I'm working through that now. Overall it was a great learning experience. I'd never gained weight on purpose before.

Once it was over I started a cut. Back down to 223lbs. The best part is I look leaner in pictures today than I did at 215 in April. I think I got 5-8lbs of lean tissue out of the bulk.

My plan is to keep cutting to 10% (never been that lean before). Will bulk again in spring 2022.

My goal is 220lbs @ 10%bf by May 2023. My 50th birthday.

I'm on 200mg of test c per week.

I will keep cutting until November 1.

I will then move calories to maintenance for the holidays (NOV,DEC,JAN). I'll decrease the test c to 100mg per week, I'm around 1000 total at that dose.

Planning on a 20-week cycle and bulk February 2022.

Sounds perfect honestly what were you thinking about running as in which compounds just testosterone?

20wk you should do a primo test cycle just testosterone at your trt levels maybe 200mg minimum test and primo 400mg it will cut you up really nice and allow you to bulk at the same time as long as your diet is correct. It would be an amazing run.

It's impressive that you can cut on that low calories, the deficit must be really high. Do you do any cheat meals, is your job demanding?

That's a big cycle brother the beginning 20 you should run but I wouldn't run the adrol or the tren just run the npp you will make amazing gains and as long as you cruise afterwards you will hold everything its just not worth all the toxicity and stress brother but im all for Harm Reduction but I don't tell anyone what to do I look forward to February and following along with your progress hit me up anytime [email protected] I would like to help if I can

Seems low but my TDEE is only 2400. If I want 2 lbs a week need to cut out 1000 calories per day.

I'm 48 years old and extremely sedentary. I sleep from 7pm to 4am every day. I take a nap most days. All of my free time is spent watching TV/internet or sleeping.

No yard work, no walking a dog. I drive to a cubicle, sit down, then drive back home and sit down some more.

No, my job is not demanding.

Slow down brother its ok use it as a refeed. Just hit the cardio hard and you will actually lose more weight moving forward short term. I use refeeds almost every week.
