Go easy on me guys.
I'm new to this amazing forum and this is my first post.

I'm 5'9", 175cm, and weigh 186lb, around 85kg.
just to give another reference...my arms are 15.5"...I hate my arms :mad:

I think the kind of feedback you get might also depend on your training history. How long have you been training? Havent used any AAS,right? Why not show your legs too, thats part of the overall package!
 
You have a very good base to work with.
You do need to work on your traps.
 
your physique is good man,

you have wht a lot of folks here dont and thats good natural symetry! your waist looks small and the shoulders are not super wide but you can defiantly make them bigger and improve you taper....

i dont think your arms look bad at all, they are in proportion with everything else i can see...

i would just work on putting on more muscle, but do it gradually, dont get crazy and try to put on a lot of weight too fast... i would also measure your waist, and keep measuring it when you are puttin on muscle and make sure you keep it small! this will make you look a lot better!....

i would probably work on the legs too, by not posting a a pic of them i am assuming they are a little under par(but i may be wrong) any way good luck man you have a very good structure to work with!

once you gain more weight, your shoulders are gonna be your best point id say..they are very good size now and you have a nice round 'cap' on them as it is. your waist is thin so you appear to be wider to most. you have a thick chest and abs show...so you are in good shape. how old are you? as for things you need to work on. definately back thickness and arms...mostly your tris. i dont know if its just the pic but your right bicep seems to be a lot smaller than your left. good luck with your training and hats off to you for posting pics. good base to work off of!

well...I started when I was 19 and kept training for 6 years but my workout and most important my diet depended basically on nothing...just train whenever you can and eat whatever is available, and that wasnt much since I was in college and money was a bit of a prob.
I would say the past year was my best. So I have a total of 7 years.
I did use AAS and it gave me 6kg of pure muscle.

I just didnt take pictures. they are okay in size but definatly strong. I squat 405lb.

LOL I hate you...that is true and it pisses me off...you know whats funny!!! my smaller right is stronger than my left :confused: :confused:
but the difference is not big...my left is 15.5 and right is 15.2
 
Good foundation bro and nice most muscular pose. Try eating 6 times a day and see what happens. Best o luck.

You have as others have said a pleasing physique to look at. Not big but balanced. Just get on to some heavy training and eating and fill out what you have been working on so far. A quality dense physique takes years of dedication and hard work. You are well on your way to earning this if you keep it up! Good jod thus far. You look good.

I agree with km here. I will also steal a phrase from DC......2 solid years of heavy, heavy eating and heavy slag iron, and i think you'll like what you see.

Good natural base to work with though. Your front relaxed pose reminds me alot of Jammo Nezzer.
 
as others have said, dont get all crazy trying to bulk and ruin your waist line.
 
Im with everyone here, you look pretty balanced out up top. I think if you get your diet down and keep training hard you will keep putting on 10lbs or more per year, its a slow process. Keep comming on here and reading up on training methods and diets. There are many knowledgeable people on here.

As for what everybody said about the diet; I started eating balanced food since November last year...I doing all that clean diet, 6 meals/day kind of diet...
BuSelmo, my friend since 2nd grade, was training me for the past 8 months and he did show me a lot of good tricks and gave me an excellent guide to reach what I have reached...he will always be my inspiration

I just got off a cycle about a month ago so I'm not expecting any muscle gains so I'll keep dropping fat gradually and I'll do that with the help of Phil...I know I gave him a hard time :p but I did lose around 4lb of fat since I started with him few weeks ago.

I just started with Phil a little over 2 weeks ago and things are going good. I am cutting down from a bulk cycle and have lost an inch off my waist and 25 pounds since we started. Getting back to a more normal weight for me and got a little bit stronger too. I havent lost any strength since being off cycle and its been 5 weeks since I took a long ester, 2 weeks since short esters.
 
That's really good maldorf...some people from what I've heared lose a lot of their strenght along with muscle after a cycle...

Since I got off my last cycle I started freaking out every time I drop weight, some times I would measure my arms daily just to make sure everything is there :p but thank God I have'nt lost my strenght at all since I got off my cycle about a month ago.
 
Big b is a very close personal friend of mine... i hear alot about "focus on diet" and that stuff... trust me guys, the guy has his diet down to a T... at one point he was eating a total of 3500 cals TOTALY CLEAN... he's actually blessed (and cursed) with a fast metabolism... compared to what he looked like a year or two ago... he looks fat now :p ... the progress he made in the past year is unbelievable to say the least. he just needs more time. Big b, post some old pics if you have any.

I kind of look the same on 2002 & 2003...2004 I gained some weight but it looks mainly fat...2005 picture was after my senior year...workout wasnt going good but I also didnt look much different.
