To all those that responded - thank you.
I should have clarified my questions better. I know that from a "technical" standpoint (black & white answer) that I'm still taking a steroid.
As priest948 outlined (very well), the amount I'm taking is very minimal. It's put into the system when natural test levels are elevated and clears the system rather quickly.
As far as HPTA goes, I don't "feel" or have any symptoms of HPTA shut down - so why would I test for HPTA functions? When you test and find your HPTA or part of it is shut down, what do you do? If I had symptoms of disfunctional HPTA, I'd get it tested.
Germ - not trying to sound like an ass, you make it sound like everyone should have their HPTA tested after they're done with a cycle. Only point I can see in testing is that it can tell if and what part of your HPTA is no functioning.
So - when a recovered alcoholic is able to to have a glass of wine occaisionally (without a subsequent binge), he isn't a drunk but he is still drinking.
