Wanting to cut fat and build muscle, var in a few weeks. critique/advice please

yep got to do it the right way so I can get the best results! don't think i'm going to be doing any injectibles though, just sticking with the var and see how it goes. will post progress pics, only in my first week though.. got a ways to go!

Congratulations for the baby and congratulations for being a super mum!! I think your lucky you get the time and energy to workout 7 days a week. Your already a yummy mummy so just make sure you dont do to much to soon and burn yourself out. Make sure you get your down time to. Enjoy being a mum, they dont stay babies long x x

they do grow fast, but each day is a blessing watching them do something new


i'm so ready for the seeing results part of it, patience is what i have to learn lol. been reading up and have decided on running var, nolva, and an ecy stack as a cycle starting end of january. 10 mg var, 10mg nolva both split into 5mg doses a day. ecy twice a day as well. looking for some crazy changes in my body at the end of all this!!!

She is pretty lucky to have herself such a great hubby myself that is! To let her be a stay at home mommy! I work hard so my girls can do what they want! Plus are gym has a free day care! That always helps as well!

Someone just tell her not to spend 20mins fixing her hair and just throw it up and go workout!!!

She is a super mom for sure though! Feeds me very well!!!

I think it's great the support you give, but i'm sorry i would be a total hypocrit if i said anything about fixing hair before the gym! Ha. Well hope your new family have a great new year. All the best x

Haha, that's funny Barbie! And he thinks it was just me, at least I don't put makeup on like half of the girls you see in the gym texting while sitting on a leg press machine doing 20lbs lol
