Warming up before training legs?

Hey fellas/ladies.. Just wondering what you guys do BEFORE you train legs as far as a good warmup is concerned. It usually takes me forever to get warmed up before training legs. I usually stretch, bike for a little bit, stretch, then begin squatting.. How about you?? What is most efficient for you? Stretching alone doesn't seem to get me warmed up enough. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm probably the exception here - I just start doing squats.

I always begin doing slow, full-range, 15 reps with a light weight and that gets me warmed up.

After I'm done squating I do DC stretches, which are killers. Doing this has put NOTICABLE separation in my quads.
 
I ride the bike for abut 10 min., then maybe do a set of high rep extensions to get the blood flowing before I jump into squats.
 
I do 2 - 3set of very light weight full range motion first. Then I start stretching, then I continue to add weight until I get up to my working set. I've probably been stretching and warming up for about 15 minutes before I'm ready to squat.
 
2-3 sets of light extensions, then one light set of whatever exercise I am going heavy one, whether that is hacs, presses, or squats. I am scared to death of a torn quad or hammy.
 
I do five minutes on an exercise bike, then 3-4 warmup sets with light weight, increasing weight each set but dropping reps. (example: If my work sets are 3x8x315, then I'd warmup 15x135, 10 x 190, 8 x 230, 5 x 275). I also find that I really need to stretch my calves hard in between each warmup set, otherwise my heels will tend to come off the floor due to a tight achilles and I'll end up leaning too far forward during my normal sets.
 
20 minutes cardio before any workout
 
20 non-lock reps with the empty bar,followed by 15 non-lock reps with 135,then I make progressive jumps in poundage, and stretch afterwards.............stretching while cold, is not a good idea.
 
i have seen xcel workout and man him doing those squats not warming up hurts me to watch. i only do leggs at nite and after i have tanned and done my abs first.
hey xcel there are some new girls at the tanning place that look better than that girl you talk too at the smoothie bar. you need to come down and visit.
