Hey fellas/ladies.. Just wondering what you guys do BEFORE you train legs as far as a good warmup is concerned. It usually takes me forever to get warmed up before training legs. I usually stretch, bike for a little bit, stretch, then begin squatting.. How about you?? What is most efficient for you? Stretching alone doesn't seem to get me warmed up enough. Anyone else have this problem?
