Before I was using any gear I was usually 135/80 bp68 resting.
After my first cycle I went up a tad to 138/85 bp 70 and stayed that way until I started my first injectable cycle.
I just hit week 4 of my cycle(Test, tren, Deca) and my blood pressure was skyrocketing. I then added anadrol in week 5 to boost my strength for an upcomming comp and that put me over the top, I am talking 170/110 HR94 and this is after waking up.
I dropped the anadrol and started garlic supps and already I am back down to 148/94 HR 84 resting.
I think that my body is just telling me that the 30 minutes total cardio every week means shit. I was eating (almost)right, but lots.
my BF went from 21% to 19% and my weight went up 5 pounds or so.
I am gonna go ahead and start pct in 2 weeks and once I feel I have control of my BP I may finish from where I started, this time with a stricter diet and more cardio. I will never go back to being gear free, but now I have learned more about what gear likes me and which ones don't.
i may be one of those guys that should stick with low dosages of test and winny and anavar.
I would like those of you with BP issues (and those that don't) to chime in with gear you know plays havoc on your BP.
thanks!!
