I have not stepped onto a scale. Also, I was very hesitant to post these...I am not feeling very beefy

Plus with the shoulder injury and the broken hand i have not been able to train heavy.

I guess I am just looking for a little motivational kick in the butt to start me back into the heavy training.

All is good...my hand and my shoulder are 100%. I also moved and I am starting a new training routine. I am living with my brother and his fiance loves to cook she always wants to feed me...love it.
