Vascularity is no indicator of usage, a lot of people are naturally very vascular. Don't know if it's the angle but the size of his arm makes me doubt about his natural status. That's a big arm for a lean guy.

When I started running gear that was the biggest change I noticed is my shoulders, back, and rib cage started to appear wider.

But personally I am so sick and tired of the "i'm a natural" bs and people talking about steroids as cheating. That pisses me off because if anything taking gear actually makes it harder cause there is this whole other part of training you have to worry about now on top of everything else.
