Last night I was watching Man Vs Food..Adam takes on a challenge to eat a burger, chili fries and a shake in less then 30 minutes..The total weight of this meal is around 6.5 lbs..
After the attempt he always answers questions..One of the questions was on how he prepares himself to eat that much food..He claims he prepares himself by drinking tons of water
Does anyone know whether this is a fact about water..There are days where my appetite sucks and I'm just wondering if drinking more water would actually help ones appetite.
