Competed in my first show last saturday. Since then ive let myself eat any thing and everything i wanted. Well about by sunday night i noticed my legs, calves, ankles have nearly doubled in size which i can only imagine being water.
Abs are nearly gone now, legs are still swollen and i just feel like a balloon all over. I have yet to step on a scale but i can guess ive already added about 15lbs since last saturday.
Is this normal rebound after a show? Ok so i went a little overboard eating for a week but it has made a HUGE negative impact on my appearance.
Gear has been lowered and gh re introduced, but those are the only changes.
If any more details need to be laid out let me know. This wasnt concerning at first, but holding on to this much water for this long has me a little worried.
