water retention due to oestrogen sensitive area:test cream good ?

I know that some area of the body tend to hold water because of oestrogen receptors around

would it be a good idea in such a case to add a test cream to apply on this area to the usual anti oe's treatment ?

may be good prior to a show uh ?

I doubt it. Test creams are designed for systemic delivery.
