question here: how do you tell the difference between sub-q water and fat.
ive been doing my contest diet and cardio every day for 12 months and it was going smoothly until now i have this layer over all my muscles that will just not go away wtf. i have a digital fat caliper that takes several readings on the body
and gives a %. according to the meter ive went down from 17% to 7.5% but in the mirror i do not look like 7.5. is it possible that i just have really thick skin?
