Lets say im trying to keep my carbs low(during the day to cut up a little)-so i usualy workout at around 6:30pm(i also do cardio first thing in the AM on an empty stomach..well i sip some LBA'S and BCAA'S during the session..1-hour at about 130bpm),anyway after the pm workout(weights)-i get 50grams of whey protein shake and 1-banana with 1/2 cup of ezekiel cereal.about 20-30 min. after that i am still hungry(and its about 8:30-9:00 pm.)-i get some cut watermelon(not too many carbs,around 12grams for a cup)-my question is-how many cups would be too many for that time of the night?(asuming that i eat about 100grams of complex carbs during the day,from brown rice).
