Waxy Maze? Who uses it?

It works well in higher doses as well, I use 200g of it PWO split into two shakes, due to a high amount of humalog used.

i recommend it to use a 5:1 ratio when waxy is not downed by itself . that means for 100g wms you add an additional 20g of powder from your supps or whatever .
this gives a total of 120g of powder . now if you want to favor absorption then it would be good to have it in a 5- 8 % solution , mixed in water . for my example it would mean that you use 2.4 liters of h2o and then add the 120g of powder to it . and thee you have your 5 % solution . to get a little higher solution just reduce it (if you are using my example) down to 2 liters . if you were to use only 1.2 liters, which is approx. 1/3 of a gallon , then you would have a 10 % solution .
