I got my hands on some sweet potato flour and I just throw it in a shake with some whey and egg whites. Boring I know but it gets the job done from a nutrition standpoint.

Bake or microwave the sweet potato peel add in some natural peanut butter some cinnamon and some honey and a touch of salt and they are a delicious treat. Which is healthy.
