Sometimes we are not the best judge of ourselves, we see ourself everyday ,,
Sometimes another keen eye can dissect our body better....
Another thing to consider on exercise selection and placement
Heavy deads, Heavy Flat bench, Heavy squat under 6 reps.... Can have negative effects to a physique
Mostly squats and deads as the compression and stress on lower back and hip adductors can negatively affect your posture and give you a blocky physique....
I use to heavily believe that (HEAVY WEIGHT) makes you big after 4 months of following guidance from a different point of view I can say I will never go back..
I use to train.... But now I bodybuild
