Well, this stuff is sensational. All you have to do to realise that, is to take two capsules after a massive meal and see how you feel - no bloat!

Don't expect miracles, as in you can't have a Big Mac and then just take 2 capsules and no carbs or fats be assimilated. You have to use your head. If you have a Big Mac you'll probably need 20 capsules LOL

Realistically, this is an example of what it can do - let's say your diet meal is 3 slices of toast (100g of carbs). But you have a craving for some butter and jam on that toast. Well, if you smear the toast with butter and jam and then have 2 SyntheBLOCKplus, the capsules are effective enough to make sure that the butter and jam will not get assimilated by the body, but the bread still will, so basically you have just turned your cheat meal (toast with jam and butter) into your healthy diet meal (100g of carbs /3 slices of dry toast).

All the synthetek products I've used so far have been the best examples of their type - this one sounds more than interesting. I'll definitely give it a go when I next start dieting - sounds like it would be perfect for making sure extra calories don't sneak their way into your diet.

It works even better if youn take one caps 15 min before eating and 1 caps emidiately after you eat.
