Well all weighed in. Was 205lbs which is 10lbs heavier than at the USA's. Say PJ Braun and he looked great. Lance Johnson somehow made Light Heavies and he looks DICED! Didn't really stick around to see anyone else. Gonna be a good show all around.

Just saw Shelby. He weighed in at 176lbs. He looks great. Striated glutes and the craziest xmas tree I've seen in a long time. Should do very well. Here is one more pic.
