Raw, most meats lose at least 10% of their weight when cooked, that weight is mostly water weight so the protein content remains largely the same. Most macro tracking apps can differentiate between cooked and raw meats, veg etc., just keep consistent with how u track the weight and log as u go.
There are several macro tracking apps that are very useful for this. I use a small kitchen scale myself, it's always close to hand where i food prep, usually only takes a few seconds. Doing it so long now it's second nature.
