since my back issues have cleared up, i've been hitting the gym pretty hard. I'm currently on 1200mg of test e, 600mg of deca, and 300mg tren e(which I stopped this week), 50mg anabol ed, aromasin eod for sides, and viagra ed for the pump. I am leaning out and am getting freaky strong but can't seem to gain weight. I have lost inches in the waist but I remained the same weight so I know that I'm building muscle. Therefore, if the gear is working then it has to be my caloric intake. I am eating all the solid food I can literally stomach, I am eating till full, waiting a few minutes then eating some more, but I still need to get more calories in. Any ideas on legit liquid calories. I am already doing a shake around 9:30am of about 35g of protein, then post w/o shake with about 45g of protien and 350calories(that I know needs to be upped). Any recommendations on good liquid weight gainers?
 
You really should be tracking your calories/macros. If you're having trouble getting in calories add more fats. There are 9 calories In a gram of fat, compared to 4 calories for each gram of protein and carbs. Adding some peanut butter, olive oil, nuts, milk, etc. will add up fast. You can go as high as 35% fats without much of an issue. Also, you can make a high calorie shake with some eggs, oats, peanut butter, and a banana.
 
thanks. I've started adding more milk, but I will jump it up to 2% instead of the 1% I have been drinking.

Perhaps some liquid egg whites???
I like upping complex carbs when trying to add size.
 
Use myfitness pal. Add coconut oil, egg whites, and a whey shake with your meals if you're that concerned about gaining weight.

So your goal is to put on fat?
 
You are gaining weight, your gaining muscle weight, your making the percentage of your weight muscle the weight scale might not be moving but that doesn't mean your not gaining 10-15 of muscle weight

thanks guys! yeah, it's definitely been a recomp! No, i don't want to gain fat, which is why I was using the tren because I hadn't really worked out in a year because of several issues and after a some months back I started a low dose tren, winni, test cycle. So far everything has been great, but the scale has just literally been stuck at 238 for the past 3 1/2 months. I'm right at 6' so it's not bad, but my goal is 250 at about 12-14% bf. My bi's and tri's have also reached a standstill so I'm trying to figure out what to do to blast them into growth.
 
When I'm at a stand still and not gaining (which it sounds like you are making good gains). I'll switch up carbs and fats. I'll start to eat white rice, and add a few eggs. Flaxseed oil, avacodo, walnuts ect. MORE RED MEAT! kick in some cardio in the am or post workout if I'm feeling soft.
