Weight loss for women

is she doesn't need an apatite suppression aid then i would not suggest ephedrine or any "diet pills"

#1 , have a lab panel run , see her her thyroid and hormones are in check.

# , increase her protein to 50% of her daily calories and limit the carbs to only around her training.

It sounds like she just needs to eat better and train more/harder. Any pics? What is her diet like? Giving someone drugs who isn't training enough and/or eating good is just a waste of time.

Yep im slowly getting her over to green tea .. water is a no go .. last time I had her drink nothing but water for 3 days she ended up on the hospital for a bladder infection...???? So now that's her excuse to keep doing what she's doing.. but I'm slowly getting her in the groove

WTF is wrong with people that at 5'5" and 115 pounds you want her to take drugs? Keep shoving those Dr. Peppers down, and she can keep blaming everything else on her poor Diet. I agree with Tenny, just laziness.

This is absolutely ridiculous! Poor diet, poor training, and dr. pepper. Cmon, OP can't be seriously wondering what's wrong?
 
I wouldn't personally recommend DNP to someone I actually cared for. Not because it's dangerous just because I don't think the average untrained populace of non-athletic individuals can handle the willpower to use it correctly. Even guys on this board, who are so called "bodybuilders" take DNP and still eat fucking spaghettios and drink soda like dumbasses.

I'm trying to help my girl out too, but I'll never tell her to use anything beyond basic vitamins and supplements, hell, not even stimulants beyond a good ole cup of coffee.

Get her a personal trainer that works well with women, or sign up together for one of those early morning bootcamp classes, or put her in a hot yoga class 5 times a week, if you want to spend $$ on her, do it that way. Help her in the kitchen with the diet aspect and don't be your typical "i'm bulking so I'm going to eat pizza 3x a week" meathead and expect her to not follow suit. Your partner is either your greatest asset or your greatest downfall when it comes to nutrition and physical fitness.

Diet is everything.

Eating salad and chicken aint going to do shit.

You need fats and protein, both are essential for health. Carbs arent.

Protein:-Whole eggs
-Beef
-Chicken
-Fish

Carbs:-Fruits
-Veggies
-Rice
-oatmeal
-potatoes

and your set, you dont even need to add olive oil or any of this oil shit.

If you eat Whole eggs and Beef,salmon daily your good.

Eat carbs at breakfast and post-workout.

Thinking eating oatmeal pre-workout 1 hour before doing things for your workout aint going to do shit, Foods take hours to digest.

Keep carbs at breakfast and Post-workout, Rest Protein and fats

Eat 30G of Protein at each meal from animal source.

Breakast: oats , eggs, 1 banana

Post workout, Rice + Chicken + brocolli.

Women produce testosterone too.

if she keep her Intake of Fats high and carbs low, she will lose bodyfat.

While keeping the protein up preserve muscle mass.

Women are scared of eating Fats because they think this will make them fat while in fact they would get leaner eating fats.

Couldn't have said it any better....and if there was such thing as a "Miracle Drug".. I don't think America would have the obesity problem it has now...
