ok, i know this is prob a gay topic, but for me its a serious concern...i no long do any cardio, i do bikram yoga instead, which is a thousand times more difficult and its actually an hour and a half, compared to any cardio i did which was only 30 mins...so anyway, does anyone have any idea how to fit this into your schedule? alternate days? like mon, weight train, tue, yoga, wed weight train and so on and so forth...ive been tryin to do them both on the same day, wieght training always first and yoga as late in the day as i poss can, but after doin both i almost have no energy left for anything else in the day...twice this week i got in my car after yoga and literally jus sat there for like 25 mins contemplatin how i was gona make it home cus of how fukin tired i was lol...my preference is to do yoga a min of 5 days a week and weight train jus as much, my priority is weight training, cus its my hobby and been doing it for the last 10 yrs but yoga i feel is more important, with its emotionaly, mental, and physical benefits
