weight vs waist question

I always hear different stats from different people on waist size vs weight. Many of these measurements just seem rediculously over or under inflated. if members that are "conditioned" would be willing to tell accurate weight- height(very important)- waist ratios it would be much appreciated, I as of right now am 5'8 206 33.5 inch waist from 159 28.5-29 inch waist. It would be very helpful for my learning process to know what to expect at certain weight. I am bigger then average and relativley cut(for a pure 100% endo) but nowhere near the level of conditoning or size of some(probably most) on this forum. It would be nice to know what to aim for in the years ahead as i would like to be doing this for a while and ive only been lifting for 3 years
like i said im pure endo and getting heavier can be pure paronia, but it is an obvious necessity torwards growing
so as many people as would like to contribute their stats it would be great
 
my waist sucks...as do my genetics...hopefully in a few months HRT will rid me of abdominal fat...

i am 5'11 currently 230lb... my waist is around 40" and my hips are 39"!!!

i think i am big boned, and when i did my show at 186lbs i bet i was still 36"

thank's for input I am the opposite i have small joints . i am 206 33-34 inch and i know i can loose another 2 inches at this weight

as weird as it may sound a caloric deficit with all else being equal should actually increase belly fat(while reducing fat underneath the skin) have you ever tried VERY low intensity cardio over a long period of time(an hour or two a day) theoretically this would work great for reducing girth. Low intensity cardio should have the smallest hormonal impact on the body, no spike in cortisol=no gain inches in waist

where did you compete and what was your BF%

Just wanted to say to everyone upon seeing a post from mr.HERNON iam on my second bottle of sus500. I have used almost every otc compound on the market at one point or another, nothing comes close to this. M1t was a joke, as was s-drol at least in my opinion. the combo of compounds+delivery in sus500 is most certainly the real deal over 23 pound gain with no increase in waist size is good gains in my book especially for a month.
