I have 2 vests that I bought from weightvest.com. These things are heavy duty and do not bounce at all. I use it for cardio on the treadmill.

Hyperwear makes a very good one. Limited to 20# but it fits to your body very well.

my normal lightweight mayflower weighs 36lbs loaded

light gear is expensive

Haha that would be amazing working out in my building's gym with all the south Florida libs wearing a bullet proof vest. I'll look like 50 Cent.

Thanks dudes. I spent hours on Amazon looking and even the ones with good reviews there are always a bunch of guys trashing them saying they tear or the weights smell like shit and start to leak. I don't plan on using them for anything crazy. Just want to take my fasted stair master HIIT to another level.

I have an x-vest. I wear it just for walking. It's worked well.

I don't know if they're still in business though.

Over the summer when cutting I’ll throw the vest on with 20-40 pounds when on the treadmill or stairs.

What are you currently doing now without a vest?

I do 12 x 12 x 12 minutes ( no hands). And that is one of my three things I do to warmup.

Maybe you don’t need a vest.

I’m in maintenance doing 20 minutes of LISS every morning on the bike for heart health and insulin sensitivity. Not trying to lose weight at the moment.
