Weird Estrogen results/labs

For years for my HRT I've always used 100 mg pharm cyp 3x per week(MWF) so 300mg/wk and .5mg pharm adex 2x/wk. results were always similar.
Total test around 1100 range 250-900
Free test around 400 range 35-155
Estradiol 26 range <52

Back in April I switched to only 25mg cyp subQ everyday and dropped adex to .25mg 2x per week
Total test 796
Free test 236
Estradiol 52

So as you can see estrogen was high which is weird. Always use the same pharm test and adex so I was thinking the only possibility would be since the adex tabs are 1mg maybe when I cut them in quarters it wasn't an accurate cut, etc.

So it's been a few months and I was curious to see my results again so I went back to the .5mg adex 2x per week. Still on same 25mg subQ test as well. Got retested a few months later and got my results back today.
Total and free test are right about the same and estradiol is
36 range <39

This is just weird and I can't explain it. I'm pretty much taking half the dose of test with the same amount of adex yet estradiol is still 10points higher. Everything has been the same I haven't added anything or subtract anything, etc.

Aromatase is known for working in adipose tissue to make the conversion. If you're shooting subQ now, the testosterone is going right where you have fat cells, depending also on your body fat level. So if you're only 5-6% body fat, I wouldn't expect conversion to be too bad, but if you're 15-20% body fat doing subQ there's far more chance for aromatase activity than when you're shooting into lean muscle.

Wow I thought subQ was best for not aromatzing which is why it's the new popular way to do it. I'm around 12% but regardless that's weird that subQ would cause more aromatizing.
