Been doing powerlifting and bodybuilding my whole life. 1 thing that I have always noticed is damn near all bodybuilders (not so much powerlifters) have at least 1 weird food item that they cling to.
mine is pickles..a big jar might last me two days
my workout partners is sandwich’s..he literally walks around with a bag full of them…these aren’t his meals either
my bro at work will literally spend $50 a week on kids cereal..
and 1 more bro that doesn’t go anywhere without a jar of peanut butter and a spoon.
anyone else notice this single weird food obsession..or is this just an isolated thing?
