Watching a guy wear the training mask for low rep bench press sets, then walk on the treadmill without it.

Fat older guy who insists on "coaching" everyone on how to train, diet, etc., yet has a sweet belly. He also has a tendency on training with the younger guys/girls. Creeper all around

It also seems I missed the memo on gym attire, fashion and processes. I guess youre now supposed to start in a hoodie, strip a layer to a tight long sleeve t shirt, strip again to a tight t shirt, strip yet again to a sleeveless t shirt, then finally strip to a tank top. Maybe Im old school, but that sure seems like an excess amount of laundry just to train
