Weird Sensation in left leg

So for the past 2-3 weeks, I have been feeling this very weird sensation in my left quad... Every now and then, it will vibrate as almost as if I had a cell phone in my pocket. I perform cardio in the morning with no problems at all, and I dont feel it during my cardio, I just feel it when i come into work....theres no pain, just this weird vibration that lasts about 5 seconds when it happens, anyone have a clue as to what this can possibly be?

I get that once in a while. I think it's a nervous twitch or something. It is funny though thinking my phone is vibrating and I reach into my pocket and the phone isn't there
