weird t-3 side effect needs explination please

Just started taking t-3 at 2⅝ mcg a day I notice an hour or two after I take it I'm getting bad back pains all across my lower back and across the top of my ass. Pain is amplified if I stretch my chin to my chest I cannot pi point if its muscular or what. Kind of feels like a shocking pain. Has anyone experienced this. Or. Think they know what it is? Any info would be helpful

Am I reading this right, just over 2.5mcg? That's a low low dose man, most people use 50 plus for cutting

thats really low dose for t3. i use between 50 and 80 mcg. Unless you ment 25mcg.
I never experienced sides , even on 80mcg i just sweat and thats it

Wow, that's strange alright.

Could it just be a coincidence in the timing??? I mean could it be an injury even so slight to where you didn't think about it at the time???

I know when I have tweaked my lower back I get the same type of symptoms you are describing.

The pain you've described is classic spinal cord impingement - you're feeling the nerves fire down your back, and continue down into the sciatic nerve. The movement you're doing is actually one of the diagnostics for this.

Don't panic, though. Could be temporary - you could have a muscle that's knotted up somewhere causing the issue. Get a good deep tissue massage, and have them work on your back.

I'd say if the problem is still there in a month, you should think about investigating more. I've had the same pain come and go.

i think so as well.... i have been sleeping slighly differently and have been lying down most of the day due to SANDYS wrath and no power... the last workout i had i had no belt on as well... so i am thinking that could be it ..... the pain just happend to be a couple days after when i started the t-3 could just be coincidental

Only sides I get from t3 is that I shit 6-8 times a day

Are you drinking enuff water it can dehidrate you sometimes people
get lower back pumps from thr kidneys

I dont think the t3 is doing this I think its coincidental.
