I got a seizure letter back in 2007. I trashed it and never heard of it again. The resend was still wet with oil from broken amps... Note to self: Never order glass amps from a country that ends in STAN.

Only thing that sucks is that if it was a seizure letter, some sources won't reship without a copy of said letter. Odd you would have to sign for it.

In my experience, DHL opens everything and peeks inside. Have your "friend" send through another mail service.

But you should be fine with your pack.

I would go for a walk and open it outside not near my residence or car. Chances are it's nothing and the LE didn't do something to it, but better to be safe.

There's no tracker in your pack. It's what is left over from customs going through it. If there's something in there that isn't identifiable, missing a label, etc, then they'll leave it. Like I said before, if they wanted you they wouldn't have sent the letter, they would have sent the pack and rang your door once you accepted it. Stop worrying about it.

In my experience DHL operates under its own set of policies. Im sure in the super fine print somewhere it states that once a package is in the hands of a DHL employee that package is property of DHL and can be opened by a qualified employee! Every single time Ive gotten a "package" from overseas with DHL being the carrier it was opened. Every single time. Ive never had a package opened or tampered with by USPS. If theres an issue with USPS the package just stops dead in its tracks on the tracking webpage and you may or may not receive a seizure letter several weeks or months later. As for the letters.....theyre not personally written/typed or signed. Theyre simple a generic document that gets generated and printed during the process. Sometimes details are added to the document if they can identify the items, and sometimes its completely generic with terms such as "contents" and "items". If THEY want your ass, trust me, theyre not gonna use an auto-generated letter to get you.

Story time. Many years ago I went to Africa for safari with a good buddy of mine and did a layover in Amsterdam for some fun. When we were in africa I picked up a ton of over the counter medications like valium, viagra, proviron blah blah blah along with a crap ton of hcg. According to the letter I later got it was over 700 pills alone. Well I was coming back through Amsterdam (which I think automatically makes you a high risk traveler), I got pulled to the side for a deep inspection when I arrived in the US. They found all the pills. Luckily the only thing I left in its original packaging was the hcg. They asked me what all the pills were and I told them it was xanax since I had a prescription for it. Then he typed in the package name of the hcg and asked me why I was bringing this stuff in. I told him it was to get my girl pregnant lol. In any case, they had to book me a new flight since I missed my connection but they seized all the pills for "testing" and let me go. So I thought I was going to get facked since if they tested all the different pills they'd realize none of it was xanax. Well a few weeks later I receive a letter saying hey we got 700+ pills of xanax of yours and you can come pick it up. Obviously I did not go pick it up. Not sure if this will make you feel better but honestly customs really doesn't care unless you're making big business off this stuff.

I've had it happen. They do this when not everything is seizable. Ive had packages with GH boxes/labels sent to me with the GH taken and a seizure letter inside.

My mail lady knocks on my door all the time for me to sign for every thing. She thinks she is God of the postal service. I finally told her I was going to filed a complaint if she didn't fuck off.
I like to be left alone.

That's what they wanted me to sign was a letter saying customs.
Now it will prob stay in post office or something or when my normal mail lady isn't here try to deliver it.

If she scanned it left notice it'll sit for 15 days. If unclaimed it will be returned to sender as undeliverable/refused. No biggy. Pretty standard. It's a shitty job but I don't have to do cardio. Ever.

yes this has happened to me. empty box with the letter inside, jerks lol. guys talking about a tracking device, come on guys the chances of that are so slim. they don't have time for that nonsense, especially if its personal.

So I can speak from experience that a postal worker before my situation came to my house with about 4 packs (all clothes and shoes) and said oh these were misplaced by our sorter that's why they are a day late. I did not pay a bit of attention because it was shoes and shirts.I signed her little sheet because again it was two pairs of air maxes and two hoodies and two shirts. A few days later, Surprise when my mail guy brought me my stuff.

I was later told they were just confirming it was me at the said address and not someone else. I can't say more, but I would not just blow this off considering what happened to me.

They are getting sneakier and more deceptive.

Just be careful and if something does not feel right then go with your gut. I wish I had listened to my gut.

Trust me. The **EDIT** guys are for real. I signed a **EDIT** seizure/forfeiture letter two weeks ago. It wasn't for product but for the cash I sent out. Trust me when I say the post master and local drug task force guys watch patterns very closely and have dogs that smell very well. They smell cash and everything associated with illegal substances. Dog smelled my cash...they came to my house and laid it out. Tell us about these overnight shipments to here and here for the past 4 years. My advice. Don't overnight anything. It's a red flag. Don't send cash. Dogs can smell it.
