I feel it was a massive wake up call....

Im decreasing stress, eating better and for sure im going to start on the cardio as soon as im cleared by the cardiologist. I will prob never train heavy again. Ill just have too stop short. Its ok with me i guess ill just have too look like a model build. However ive contemplated a little hgh use now just to lean up since the beta blockers are beating my ass. Oh well ill just have to see.

I wouldnt touch GH either. It can cause water retention and could stress your heart. THere is also proof out there that it can accelerate enlargement of the heart over long term.

Not this 10 ius per day. Im thinking 2 ius per day. I talked it over with the internal medicine doc and he seemed ok.

Yeah, if you stick to a normal level like that. Why are you wanting to take HGH? Have you been tested by an endo? Is your IGF low on the test? Just wondering. It sounds like yuu are self medicating. Is this doc willing to prescribe this for you?
