And for the record, my arms are not 20" - I think they are more like 19.25+ ( I know it's only another .75 - .5 inches but making the claim of having 20" arms wouldn't feel right if they were'nt at least 20, i thikn they are 18.5 cold).

I wouldn't fair too well in a BB show, becuse my legs are not as big as they would need to be proportionally. They are not "small" by any means considering what the average joe is walking around with, but it would definitely be a considerable mark against me on the scoring cards. I have a very sizable lumbar disc herniation, so I can't really do what I would need to do for legs..squat etc. I just train them enough to look well and athletically balanced. if they were where they would need to be for competition I would prolly weigh more like 215-220 I'm guessing.

If they were proportionally built like Phil's I'd prolly weigh more like 230-240!
His legs are CRAZY big.

I set the bar a little lower, I shoot for the bigger side of fitness model or a big gymnast look - which is hard enough to obtain!

Nice to hear a monkey not take himself too seriously. Great job on building a solid, aesthetic look for the long haul! J

In a nutshell:
MON: Back (inc. Rear Delts and Traps) & Calves.
TUE: Legs
WED: Chest (inc. a small amount of Lateral Delts) & Calves
THU: OFF
FRI: Bis, Tris, Forearms & Calves
SAT: OFF
SUN: Off

I eat pretty clean most of the time, I'll eat ~ two meals a week where I'll eat whatever I want.

But typically I'm eating about 250 of PRO, 100 of CHO and 50 of FAT per day.
