Just wanted to welcome my little brother to the board...DANIMAL. He's been lurking around here and came over to the boards to read my counseling threads. Phil is training him. He's a natty and been lifting for a pretty good while. Great genetics folks. Seriously. We'll get him to post up some pics. He's also a pretty good gymnist and ex collegiate male cheerleader. He's a family man now with a beautiful little 18 mo. old girl.
I'll let him come on here and post his stats.

Welcome to the board, Danimal. Without knowing anything about you other than who you're related to I'd say you probably have a ton of things to discuss in the counseling forum. You no doubt battle with depression! lol

He's a great kid. I'm really lucky to have a brother like him. Oh the fun we've had growing up together. I would call him now and tell him to post, but its late and he's probably tucking everyone in bed and don't want to wake the baby. You know that story Lats recently told about the kids pulling the wagon. Man. We used to do stuff like that with him all the time...hahaha...The kid was fearless! haha... I'm 4 years older. I can remember when we race BMX together I would try to get him to clear the longest jumps I could find. ha. Table tops or doubles that I could barely clear. Then I'd tell danimal, get WAY back there and peddle as fast as you can! You can make it bro! All the while grinning...but knowing...if any little kid his age could do it...it was danimal! Oh man. He'd really eat shit the first couple of runs...but he always got back up and hit the jump harder the next try. Eventually clearing it! Summer time, it was danimal who was the one to watch on the diving board. He was short and stocky so he had a real low center of gravity. Man, he was doing stuff that my friends and I wouldn't even attempt! haha Double front flips off the low dive guys! At like...how ald were you danimal? 10 or 12 maybe? Half-gainers, full-gainers, one and halfs... Man he was one of those kids that literally had NO fear of getting hurt. haha.
When he was like 2 or 3, my Dad came home one day and saw some little legs scurrying about on the roof. Yeah. DANIMAL! He managed to somehow get on the roof and was crawling around up there.
When he was like 5 or 6 he was hanging from the shower curtain rod in my parents bathroom and of course the weight of it isn't going to hold anyone...but no...danimal wasn't afraid...and the shower curtain rod comes crashing down and danimal hit the toilet knocking himself out and giving him a concussion. Scared us all to death. He's a great kid. We've had a lot of fond memories growing up. He mentioned he'd already been lurking and reading lots of old threads. He and his wife have really been there for me with my personal stuff. Looking forward to having him on the board. Want him to meet up with BBJ b/c they live in the same town. I'll get him on here tomorrow.

If he's using IE7: Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. The RESET button set default security levels and usually fix any problems he may have.

Thanks for the Big Welcome!

I'm not very good about keeping up with my profiles here and on myspace because of the time it requires. I've been lurking on the board because I found out it was an outlet for my bro and in the healthy spirit of being a nosey brother I wanted to find out what was really going on in his life. Height? 5'9"

Weight? 200 and dropping due to a rapid fat loss diet my bro hooked me up with.

Waist? 33 and shrinking

Body Fat? 12%

Body Builder? off and on for 14 years

Competitive? no

I'm here to make some friends and research what you guys like, supplement wise other than gear. I think Mack meant natural when he called me a "natty" but I'm not sure about the lingo. I'm off to get some ZZZs but I look forward to meeting everyone.
