some1 I know is following this protocol.
Their goal is to make a contest appearance within the next 2 years...

4am wake: 5iu riptropin subcutaneous inj
4:45am: 30 min cardio

5:30am:
2 scoop MHP Probolic (40g protein) (2 scoops + 12oz water+ 2 tablespoon coconut oil)
1 cup granola (8g protein, 50g carb, 10g sugar)
MHP Multi- Vitamin 2 tablets
100mgs Ubiquinol
15ml Carlson Liquid Fish Oil (2400 EPA; 1500mg DHA)
12.5 mg liquid exemestane

~6:30 AM Start Job~

9AM
3 eggs + sliced turkey + 7 grain bagel
Labrada Nutrition Lean body shake (40g protein)

12noon
1lb grass fed roast beef or 1 lb low sodium turkey breast
2 MHP Multi Vitamin
100mg Ubiquinol

3pm:
Isopure protein shake (50g protein, 0carb)

~5:30pm: Home from Work~
1 can Wild Planet Albacore Tuna (40g protein)
1 cup granola (8g protein, 50g carb, 10g sugar)

6:30pm Gym (1 serving MHP Trac Creatine + 5g Glutamine)
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Triceps
Thursday: Biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Squats + Quads
Sunday: Hamstrings

9pm:

How much do you weigh. To eat a pound of meet in one meal is ridic to me unless your coleman or cutler
 
Some answers to these could be helpful for someone to guide you:

Estimate the Caloric total and macronutrient totals (Protein/Carbs/Fats) per day. (Looks like you're starting a contest diet about 2 years out).
Your age
Your height,
weight
bodyfat
goal (gaining mass? losing BF? Competing in BBing or physique?)

And, it seems that your total use of AAS is between 150 and 200mg a week of Test Prop and 5iu or Rips? Correct?
 
Poor drug protocol, poor diet choices (1lb of meat, jeesus), way too much training and an unintelligent layout unless you cut back on intensity like crazy, macros seem a bit off.

I don't know what your current level of development is, but the plan you listed is poor.
 
I once got a pm titled "NFL cycle" and I was so confused and ended up asking what position he played and stuff. Then he got confused by my response.
 
I have to agree on consuming 1lb of meat in one sitting getting old pretty quick, gonna have to blend it at some point just to get it down, maybe reconfigure so your doing 2 8oz portions... use asparagus or spinach as a light carb veggie option to give your meat something to go down with too...

lastly, why not just reap best benefit from your prop and do 25mg ED instead of EOD, more stable that way and those small of volume shots shouldnt give you hassles either..

240g carbs
140g fat

Age: 27
Height: 5' 11"
Weight 202 (4:30am this morning)
10% body fat

Goal: slow and steadily build lean body mass. current mentor and training partner is IFBB pro competitor, goal is to enter competition in bodybuilding.

5iu rips every morning
50mg of Test prop every other day
25mg exemestane daily

How do you get 3000 calories from those macros???

1g fat = 9 cals
1g carb = 4 cals
1g prot = 4 cals

my math came to 3580 cals


Also, that's A LOT of exemstane to take daily!

50mg eod is only 175mg of test a week. That's a TRT replacement. Why would you even bother with a cycle of only 175mg of test if you already have good natty test production at such a young age? Taking that much aromasin daily is also pointless with such little test in your cycle.

Your calorie in take is very low. Are you looking to add mass or lose fat? Your layout seems very illogical for either.
 
Yep, that's about 3580 by my math. Plenty to gain mass at your BW if your metabolism is normal/fast. If you get fat, back it off. Up to you though, just don't wanna get too fat and have to strip it off later.

If you're working with a Pro, you have a great resource. Have you asked him what to do as far as drugs and diet? He'll know better than 90% of the people on here.

And I don't think he'd tell you to use 25mg of Aromasin with 175 of Prop?

That cycle needs to change or will need to modify upward over time. Talk to your IFBB buddy about the very least AAS he thinks you need to use to step onstage and look respectable in a non-tested contest. Be prepared for the fact that it will likely be more or will progress over time in dose and added compounds. 175 is high TRT.

I am very fortunate to have a great resource in my corner.
I would love to follow all the recommendations of my IFBB friend, but am concerned running a Chemical combination closer to 200mg a day NOW, will cause problems in other areas of my life.

That being said, This board is another great resource, and way to learn and keep myself in check.

I'm going to start a new thread in the member logs forum to track daily progress and continue growth and success.
