if you want to look like an underwear model then yeah, wok on dropping bf and you'll be there. if you want to be a bodybuilder then you need to grow, grow, GROW.
Mainly im just uncomfortable with this gut I have kickin right now! lol I mean, 40-50 pounds IMO is pretty good progress for me, so I'm just going to diet to a nice low BF% and start again from there and stay pretty lean from then on -StOrY-
