Just read the ebook. Wanting to give a pl routine a go.... competed in bb for the last several years. Came clean about 11 months ago (off all hormones). Looking to compete in a raw meet in 6 months or so. That is my goal anyway. What do you guys think of this routine. I am looking for something simple and effective. Yet, i'd still like to incorporate some bb training as well. Any and all advice is appreciated...
Current numbers ( I'm embarrased to post these seeing what you guys throw around)
Bench 315x 8-10
Deads 405 x 10 (havent went heavy on this lift in a cpl years) mostly bb rows for 315 x 8-10 reps
Squats 405 x 10 (with knee sleeves)
Would really like to get back to a 425+ bench, 550+ dead and 550 + squat by December.
