Went for a checkup today..got on the scale and..

252 lbs! Haha, yes Im about 12-14% BF but still ...1 year ago I was layed up in the hospital and down to about 193lbs. Muscle memory is the SHIT. I am very happy right now, thought I would share so anyone who God forbid ever has to suffer through illness,just know that the muscle will return.
Pictures will be coming when I feel they are somewhat close to my best. Thanks guys....

Strength is very close to what it was. Some exercises I am actually stronger on,very weird. I guess the long break helped everything.

Arms are now 20" and are still my best part,but my chest has really started popping too. I feel good, I hope it continues.
