Hi
I have decided I want to do some strength training and have decided I want to try WSB. Having said that, I have skimmed the manual and I am pretty sure I will have more questions that probably aren't covered in the book. Can anyone suggest a simple beginners routine complete with accessory work as I primarily am into body composition.
