What’s the best training for me

Wtf is this, direct me how to train? Dude there is no one set answer u need to figure that out yourself or get a coach to tell u. Can you think for yourself?

I think he's being sarcastic ....he's mad there are a few new training threads that distract from the important things like drugs, bp meds, anti e, GLP’s, optimal insulin use etc
 
There is no such thing as the best training. I mean there is and not at the same time. What is the best training? Is it the specific structure ? Amount of days? It depends on almost everything. Stop looking for next best thing, instead be honest with yourself- how many days per week can you train to recover. If you are not looking forward for your next training session you probably doing too much. If you are often tired - again you probably doing too much.
So once this is sorted you need to look how to structure training to make sure that above is not happening. I would say avoid overlapping muscles bodyparts as much as you can- the less gear you take the more you must be aware of it. I remember going to the gym six times per week cause I love to train and how hard it was to have those days off but as the weeks were passing by I realised how important that is for how I feel and three days are ideal for me. Probably you should start from three and then assess after few months. And most importantly - how much fun you have from this routine? If for some reason you dont feel , like it no matter how great on a paper it looks like - dont do it.

Over the last 10 years going into great depth on all things training

I’ve watched hundreds of hours of scientific deep dives on every training method possible

But I’m different to every other human ever born so I need a different programme

I won’t stick to it for longer than a week before I look for another programme

What programme should I do?
