The main concern with having preloaded syringes sitting around is the rubber from the plunger breaking off into the oil. If you're going to store them for a few days keep them upside down and pull the plunger far enough back so the rubber isn't in the oil. In general I wouldn't let them sit more than a few days before using.
Thanks for the gentle reminder. I seem to remember that now, had read that here in the past and them promptly forgot it
Will do that just as a matter of habit now because sometimes I load one up then forgot about it (usually when I have to share it with my wifey, think timing). I used to leave it loaded and in plain sight to remind me but my wife got tired of seeing a syringe laying around the house.
