I have no data but I've always heard primo being said to be immuno stimulator. I think deca too.
Per above poster stronger androgens I've heard similarly. Not sure I've noticed anything one way or other in life but who knows.
The topic of Primo comes up from time to time because for years, opinions have circulated that Primo works somewhat differently than most steroids, and many people claim that they get sick less often on it, recover better, and generally function more "stable."
Of course, there are no solid studies showing that Primobolan magically improves or boosts immunity, so I don't want to make it some kind of health product here, because it's still an AAS and still affects the body, lipids, etc. But the topic didn't come out of nowhere, as there are certain factors that may partially explain these observations.
First and foremost, most stronger drugs simply damage the body more. Tren, orals, high doses of testosterone, and 19-nors often worsen sleep, increase inflammation, overload the nervous system, deregulate blood pressure and blood glucose, and simply make people feel more "sick." Primo has been considered one of the cleanest drugs for years. It doesn't aromatize, doesn't increase inflammation, and actually reduces it. Many people experience a more stable mood and simply function more normally on it than, for example, on tren or orals.
And I believe this may be a large part of the answer. Primo doesn't so much improve immunity, but simply disrupts it less than many other agents. And that in itself makes a huge difference.
Interestingly, there are also old studies showing that different anabolic steroids can affect the immune system completely differently, and not all of them have the same immunosuppressive effect. Furthermore, Primobolan was once used medically for emaciation and anemia, so it's possible that this is partly where its "health-promoting" reputation in bodybuilding comes from.
Similar discussions have been held for years around Anadrol, which also had medical applications for seriously ill patients and problems with anemia and emaciation.
Honestly, I believe more that Primo is less disruptive to the body than most AAS, rather than directly boosting the immune system. But at the same time, I've heard this from many people over the years, and there may be something to it, especially when you compare how the body feels and functions on Primo versus, say, Tren or orals.
