What is Phat training??
This is the first I've heard of it.

Google it, plenty of info. Basically you hit each muscle twice per week. A strength day and hypertrophy day. Low reps day and then higher reps volume day. Simple and effective.

What is Phat training??
This is the first I've heard of it.

It was created by Dr. Layne Norton and stands for Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training. It is a pretty good program and one I used primarily back in my natty days. Now that I have a solid 15 years of training under my belt, I mix it up a bit more. Solid program overall though!
