What’s your forever TRT look like?

One thing that many don't consider is that the body produces natural peaks/troughs via hpta axis. We generally test AM and grab the morning peak. Once you go on exogenous test, let's just say equal to your daily peak... stable blood levels mean you are pegged there at that peak.

Consider "area under the curve" and time spent at or near peak and total anabolic potential vs normal hpta of peaks and troughs. Very very different. I'd assume this is why people have trouble with rbc/crit on a conventional replacement dose, E2 management etc. Either way this is rarely mentioned and important to understand.
Even if i inject daily i get a fluctuation. And if i inject weekly my fluctuation is even greater. Can't say it is pegged at the top. Just for clarification.
 
EQ impact on lipids?

Might add this to my TRT dose at some point at 400-600mg per week and see what happens with bloods... Thats a cycle for me by the way, not an addition to my TRT.

Agree but meaning comparison to normal natural human daily compounded over a week. Relative area under curve one vs another.
 
80mg test enanthate/wk
5mg progesterone daily
50mcg T4 daily
12.5mcg T3 daily

I spent a lot of time trying to be "optimal" in the 800-1000 Test range, through recent tweaking I actually realized my body feels way, way better around 500 ng/dl which is mid-range, which makes sense now as you usually want to be mid-range for almost everything, not borderline high. HCG/Pregnenalone always made me break out a lot, I'm not worried about the DHEA pathway since that's already taken care of, so I just supplement progesterone. The T4/T3 are obviously for hypothyroidism, though a huge help to anyone who likes to diet fairly hard year round.

What progesterone for also any lab values on t3/t4
