80mg test enanthate/wk
5mg progesterone daily
50mcg T4 daily
12.5mcg T3 daily
I spent a lot of time trying to be "optimal" in the 800-1000 Test range, through recent tweaking I actually realized my body feels way, way better around 500 ng/dl which is mid-range, which makes sense now as you usually want to be mid-range for almost everything, not borderline high. HCG/Pregnenalone always made me break out a lot, I'm not worried about the DHEA pathway since that's already taken care of, so I just supplement progesterone. The T4/T3 are obviously for hypothyroidism, though a huge help to anyone who likes to diet fairly hard year round.
