All agreed… what we need to look at are ggt perhaps, and a few other tests such as z score to really see where the gh is effecting someone especially since igf and gh serum are all over the place especially with estrogen levels…
 
7.5 pre-workout but going to 10iu once I stock up again. Would love to try 15iu but bank account being a hurdle

Thats gross dude, I'd sell butt hole pics first. Idk i found 15iu kits for a good price. I'm only 195lbs and not sure if it's worth going up to that amount at my current size
 
Anyone expierenced that they can go much higher in gh For a cut than For a bulk? Because food is lower as is bloat so i think less chance to have cts symptoms at higer doses like 12iu?
 
I’m a smaller guy but pushing 24iu currently — 4.1 morning bg reading

impossible to make it through a day without multiple naps but I’ll stick it out for a while since the jump in results from 10iu is noticeable and worthwhile to me for where I’m at in life right now.

posted my entire protocol in another thread but im interested in pushing my test dosage upwards of 2g to make the most out of this.

What exactly have you noticed from the growth? Ur igf1 production almost certainly capped out at a third of the dose ur taking rn. Ur more bubbly in the muscle with water or something?

Jesus that dude was taking 48iu somedays. We need an update definitely
 
I have been on 3IU/daily for 5 months. I look better, sleep better and experience a general sense of well being in exchange for colder hands (winter here in NE) and slightly lower energy (makes me feel quite relaxed). 2 questions:
Is there a benefit to cycling off? I'm having trouble even reducing to 2IU/day.
Is GH supplementation in fact not correlated with life extension? Anti-aging dos not in fact equal a lower mortality rate. It may keep us feeling better but not necessarily for longer. I just listened to someone make the case that exogenous growth at replacement levels is in fact taxing on your body, potentially reducing life span.

Currently on 5 IU fasted, first thing in the morning, GH wrecks my sleep for some reason.

I was on 3 IU for the longest time, and last year, I tried to titrate slowly to 5- and got some really bad water retention and ankle edema, had to go back down to three even after I tried to stick it out for a couple of weeks.

This time, a few weeks into my rebound phase, I went from 3 to 4 for a week , zero sides- after a week, went up to 5, and no sides, just a bit of extra water for a couple of days. I wonder what changed from the first attempt versus the second..? 🤷‍♂️

100% my exact response . Went from cut higher pro / mid fats , lower carb and glp to slow gain = no glp, high pro, high carb , low fats = + 1,000cal vs cut. 12-18iu worked with 0 sides during cut. 3 days after I jumped carbs, my CTS came back with vengeance. I even get it baddddddd in my shoulder medial nerve spots, ulnar (elbow) , wrists etc . Absolutely rocks my world when it goes. Sleep basically disappears.

Sample was controlled in that… all sero pharma , same doses , same provider , same administration technique
 
I have been between 6 and 10 for 12 months now and all is good. Stuff is definitely quality because most of my shoes don't fit anymore 😅

Yeah it also makes a lot of sense. Because of the effect On bg that a high dose hgh has. So with less carbs and high activity you can maintain good bg Numbers with high doses of gh. But once the carbs are back its another thing. Thats where insuline/lower dose comes in to play.
 
6iu per day when I ran HGH was my sweet spot, anything higher messed with my Blood sugar..
 
@traininsane11 @silvaback when i was doing the 20iu experiment i eventually did 20iu all prebed as it affected my blood sugar the LEAST like that. Im also sure that you probably see the highest downstream effects of systemic IGF with that as well.

With a high high dose like that, putting it in your day is tough. No matter what, you have food somewhat around and your blood sugar just gets high when you introduce food with big doses like that. MULTIPLE bolus doses willl fuck your blood sugar, its just a matter of time. PLUS the fact that anything over 4-5iu of GH in a shot affects your ability to uptake glucose. PreWO can help this a bit but you still probably NEED insulin to drive glucose in. Basically, bolus doses outside of the pre-bed window NEED insulin if you want to have any uptake in your carbs you're eating.
So this has me curious. I was advised to take my GH post-workout, then eat my PWO meal for nutrient shuttling effects of GH’s effect on BG. Have I actually been doing the OPPOSITE of what I wanted to do????

Why would IGF #s on bloodwork be meaningless?

GH has no nutrient shuttling effects. Its the insulin which is often used 10-15min later.
GH has, as you said, the opposite effect on its own, thats why many use it pre bed or even at midnight away from carbs

And it really has to do with HOW MUCH GH you're shooting.
But like M@NU said, GH has 0 nutrient shuttling effects. Its not moving anything thru your body....your body is pretty primed to do that PWO and insulin helps even more. But again, super dependent on just how much GH you're shooting PWO. A LOT of GH, probably need some insulin to help. Anything under 5iu, you're probably ok.
