What’s your gh dosage ?

12iu, post-workout, IM. 3x a week.
Considering going to 5x a week for this off season push.
I have always taken GH right before going to bed, but I have been seeing more high level competitors say they take there growth post workout.

How long have you been taking your GH post workout? Since you started taking your GH post workout did you modify your pre, intra, or post workout meal timing or change the meals at all?

I have been doing this since I first used GH in 2009 or so. I didn't alter nutrition and didn't add jntra until 2018 when I started competing again.

I only altered diet when I added Humalog, but the carbs came first, not after the decision to use insulin.
 
I'm curious what people think... Let's assume you had unlimited GH on-hand... If you didn't get bad sides, would there be a reason to not run GH as high as possible? I've been pushing my dose up recently and I have water retention of course, but I don't have any "bad" sides like CT, headaches, BP, etc. Glucose levels are fine, maintaining fantastic insulin sensitivity. Just watery but putting on weight fast. I'm considering lowering it, but I don't really have a "good" reason to... Curious to hear opinions.

The optimal HGH dosage for muscle growth is generally around 8–10 IU per day, sometimes pushed to 12 IU. At this range, HGH maximizes IGF-1 elevation, fat loss, muscle fullness, recovery, and connective tissue support without overwhelming the body with side effects. Going higher than 10–12 IU provides minimal additional muscle benefits, because IGF-1 signaling plateaus.

Thanks for weighing in. I went to 12iu two weeks ago and I'm seeing a lot of good things. Only downside is I'm holding a shit-ton of water, but no negatives besides the water. BP is fine (around 115/75 regularly), glucose is good, etc. It's just the damn water. Got a 7-spot caliper test done the other day and it read 9% so I'm still fairly lean. Just need to get over the water retention. At 12iu, not sure if I'll really "adapt" and lose the water, so I'm going to just try to accept it for the sake of putting on LBM.

Speaking with Chris Tuttle he believes high dosage hgh is one of the biggest culprits for bodybuilders running into heart issues and does not recommend it obviously

more is better - if you dont get sides from it.
and i dont just mean "visible sites" but also sides that you can not see directly on bloodwork e.g. worsening of metabolic syndrome due to insulin resistance etc.
and you can not rely on HBA1C for that

Dont be fooled by IGF readings which plateau after a certain dosage - we dont care about the IGF that is floating in the bloodstream but about
the IGF thats created locally at the muscle site (autocrine)

I dont like caliper last year i dieted down they couldnt pinch me anywhere so i guess i was 0% bf 🤣

As far as gh .. i never been above 100kg shredded but 25 years in forums i have notice 9 out of 10 times massive gh doses lead to heart problems

6iu morning fasted and maybe push to 8iu for short periods of time. Otherwise I retain a bit more fluid than I am comfortable with.

Your A1C and and fasting glucose will not show the potent insulin resistance that HGH causes if you have a generally healthy glucose sensitivity.




A1C and Glucose will appear normal, but your fasting insulin levels will often increase exponentially. That means your pancreas is producing a lot of insulin to keep the glucose normal, which is insulin resistance.
 
question for you guys. Recovering from bicep tendon surgery. What would you recommend a good GH dose? I’m going to run bpc 157 and TB 500. I’m thinking 2.5-3iu of growth since I really can’t workout since I’m only 2.5 weeks post surgery right now.
