What’s your gh dosage ?

Your A1C and and fasting glucose will not show the potent insulin resistance that HGH causes if you have a generally healthy glucose sensitivity.

A1C and Glucose will appear normal, but your fasting insulin levels will often increase exponentially. That means your pancreas is producing a lot of insulin to keep the glucose normal, which is insulin resistance.
What would be a good strategy to combat that, metformin?

for me, stuff like MOT-S, SS31, etc worked a lil bit but not to a huge degree.
also move your body, 10k steps+
ive tried countless dossages of gh and countless protocols.
the "best" for me is bolus 11-13iu at midnight when i go for a piss.

if i use a higher dosage than that for 10days+ my midsection gets worse and i feel this might be contributed to metabilic syndrome / worsening of insulin resistance.
splitting the dosage makes it even worse

Going to try this approach. My abs have almost completely disappeared at 12iu lol. It's definitely not fat, but damn I feel like a water buffalo.

Movement is huge. Even with everything we know today it's still massively underrated.

I usually walk after every meal. 2hours after the meal my sugars will be between 3.6 and 4.6 almost guaranteed.

Today I had one meal but didn't do my walk after it. 2 hours later before I get ready to eat my next meal my sugars were 6. Still not terrible 2 hours after 250g carbs but still, I went and walked for 10minutes and my sugars were 3.8.

If I'm in the office and can't do a walk after the meal I'll literally do 10mins of non stop calf raises squeezing the calf as hard as I can. I might look like a Coont but I put having my glucose controlled so well down to all the extra movement.

Three times weekly HGH mostly solves it. It's also dose dependent.

Being lean, having higher levels of muscle mass and doing regular cardio are the three basic things other than lowering dosage or dosing 3 times weekly.

For me, three times weekly is very noticeably better and healthier. Feel much stronger and energetic and much healthier. I get increased heart rate on daily but even dosing +12 IU MWF, heart rate stays normal

See the A1C, glucose look normal, but the fasting insulin tells the real story.

I'm curious what people think... Let's assume you had unlimited GH on-hand... If you didn't get bad sides, would there be a reason to not run GH as high as possible? I've been pushing my dose up recently and I have water retention of course, but I don't have any "bad" sides like CT, headaches, BP, etc. Glucose levels are fine, maintaining fantastic insulin sensitivity. Just watery but putting on weight fast. I'm considering lowering it, but I don't really have a "good" reason to... Curious to hear opinions.
Gh is one of the only things i wouldn't over dose, hart enlargement is a real thing, and i believe GH causes organ enlargement. Plus insulin resistance like it was mentioned.

I do a half bottle of Meditrope every day, so between 8.5 and 9iu daily split am and pm

How long have you ran it 3 days a week? I'm thinking about switching mine to EOD instead of ED.
