Yeah, that dude was just built that way. Probably just a low TRT dose. I mean, hard work, the right food, and a good trainer could get you there.

After reading the other comments I assume this is in response to my comment about the gh and insulin. Don't get me wrong... that guy will abuse gh and insulin... more so the later imo... obscene amounts. And they will have a huge impact on the size of his gut (turtle belly). But 100% it is mainly genetics and food intake that are the main factors imo... but all 4 just combine to cause even more distention.

Props on the size no doubt impressive; not to beat a dead horse but I'd rather be smaller than have that huge belly.
