what about GRUNT76's info on igf1 lr3?

i'm having a hard time believing that igf1 lr3 is no good..there is so much valuable info that grunt76 has supplied. how do u disregard that compilation of igf1 lr3? can someone point me in the direction where i can find proof that igf1 lr3 isn't anabolic?

IGF is what is responsible for muscle growth when we use HGH.

grunt74 knows his stuff.
 
There hasn't been any articles yet on how lr3 induces muscle hyperplasia. However, rigf-1 is known to do this. lr3 however is a somewhat decent glucose transporter.

yes but lr3 is the same as igf-1..the only difference is that it can't be bound
 
there still seems to be disagreement as to whether lr3 igf1 works or not...
i have used it while ON and OFF and it works much better while on.
where is the proof that it doesn't work?
 
regardless of if it causes hyperplasia, it is a great nutrient partitioner. i think of it as insulin with less risk of fat gain.

It is a decent glucose transporter. I also think that it's safer to run lr3 rather than slin due to what can happen if slin isn't used properly for bbing purposes.
 
i remember i tried running igf long r3 a few times then came accross grunt76 thread on it tried his protocol and deff noticed obvious muscle gains with low doses. i dont personally know the guy at all but seems to know what he is talkin about i back his word up on it.
